Project-based work is typically invoiced as 50% upfront and 50% on completion, though larger projects may use a milestone-based schedule. Retainer services (SEO, social media, AI services) are invoiced monthly in advance. Payment is accepted via bank transfer or credit card. We don't start work until the first payment is received.
If you need delivery faster than standard timelines, we can often accommodate that — but it depends on current workload. An expedited rate of 20–30% applies when rush delivery requires re-prioritising other client work. Quick AI Websites are already scoped for 48-hour delivery and don't attract an additional rush fee.
